“We cannot teach people anything, we can only help them discover it within themselves.”
Galileo Galilei
If you don’t put your heart into it, your message won’t stick. My entire work is based on this idea – be it as coach, trainer, or consultant, and also, back then, as a teacher. Because when we learn we have to be challenged – mentally, physically, emotionally. My working style is equally challenging: always curious, marked by an unconditional hands-on mentality, appreciative, and above all: I always put my heart and soul into it.
Every good journey is also a road to self-discovery, as they say. After an extended stay in Moscow, numerous other travels, and many encounters with people from foreign cultures I know today that uncharted territory is like a second home to me. Accordingly, to get myself into a client’s or participant’s very personal “road map“ never ceases to be an exciting experience for me. My incentive to travel: to support people in attaining their personal and professional objectives.
In my work with executives my didactic training as a teacher and my methodological expertise as coach and trainer are brought to bear just like my seasoned knowledge of subject matter relevant to executives.
The most engaging issues are always personal. Therefore, consistently working on specific subjects and client’s concerns will ensure a high degree of involvement and ultimately a high level of practical use value.
